What to do if the buttons on the mouse are reset?

Mouse A4Tech X-710BK started terribly buggy in OS win7 maximum.
What happens:
1) In any browser, in any user, when scrolling the wheel down or up, the previous browser page opens.
2) When opening any window, first turn the wheel up and down, then the window on which the cursor was currently automatically becomes active.
3)Mouse buttons 4 and 5 (side) stopped working.

What I did:
1) Checked the PC for viruses (full scan)
2) Connected the mouse to another USB slot
3) Reinstalled the drivers
4) Restored the system (June point)
None of the above helped. In Google, I did not find a solution to this problem, nor did I find it myself.
PS Problems start when changing the speed of the mouse or ~ 5 minutes of normal work

2. Try changing the mouse.
