Which motherboard to choose for AMD Ryzen 7 3700X?

I'm looking at these processors and want to try them in work.
Can't select motherboard. The main requirement for it is the availability of technology similar to Intel vPro. I read the AMD website - either I'm looking in the wrong place, or they write vaguely, but find a detailed description of such PC remote control systems. You need to be able to remotely turn on / off the PC and change the UEFI settings.

Where to dig?

There is something for the Ryzens.
deshmansky ip kvm for 6 thousand set + a regular motherboard, in total it will most likely come out cheaper than a motherboard with Ipmi if you suddenly find one on sale (the campaign is just the only one in nature and even then discontinued).
