I'm going to buy a monitor for graphics with a budget of up to 25,000 rubles. Advise which matrix and firm to choose, what to look at. Are there any good models? The main criterion is that the eyes do not get tired during long work.

I don't know about working with graphics, but personally I have a DELL P2418D 23.8 and my eyes do not get tired with 12-14 hour sessions of working with code. Eyes do not get tired, during long work
a comfortable stand (height adjustment can be rotated by 90 degrees)
has DisplayPort (you can connect multiple monitors in a chain), HDMI
