The monitor, when turned on, lights up for 1-2 seconds and goes out, if you turn it off and turn it on again, the picture repeats and so on ad infinitum. On the forums they write that the problem is in the capacitors, but they do not seem to look swollen, the only thing that confuses is the ''white snot'' smeared all over the board and their large accumulation under the largest capacitor, the acer p235h monitor, before it all started for the first time, some crackling was heard, please tell me what to do about it, I would like to fix it

The problem is with the backlight inverter, or with the lamps. If the lamps have become with a reddish tint, then change them.
Turns off the PSU inverter, as it goes into protection (which can be turned off, but .....).

about crackling - perhaps the wire from the inverter to the lamps was damaged somewhere, also look directly near the input contacts of the lamps.
