Which monitor to choose for work (90%) and games (10%) at 24-27 inches?

Which monitor to choose? (For a PC I spend 10-12 hours a day, FE developer)
How often? (Before that, I worked on 2 HP monitors with 75 Hz - I didn’t experience any special problems)

Many advise Samsung , they say the resolution is higher - it’s more convenient to work with developer tools in the browser (F12) and the refresh rate is also suitable for games - 240 Hz.

But won't your eyes get tired from such a monitor? If you pay attention to the contrast, then it is 3 times higher than that of HP, which was mentioned above.

If you prioritize, then I would like my eyes to be less tired. But in which of the two cases the fatigue is less, it's hard to say, can anyone tell me or orient?

The diagonal is larger, the monitor is 4k. For work 144 Hz norms
