Ideal 27 inch monitor?

Good day, I was interested in the opinions of my friends for a long time, surfed the forums, got stuck on overclockers.ru and so I couldn’t choose a monitor to my liking :)
To describe the needs in brief:
-Minimum or complete absence of third-party sounds from the monitor
-Semi-matte / matte move away from gloss)
-price range up to $ 800
-delay no more than
7-8ms -lack of strong heating
-no strong distortion on a dark / light background
-portrait mode will be a plus
-decent appearance
-in the future it is possible to buy a second one of the same.

You did not mention the main parameters: resolution, matrix type and monitor purpose.
As for the resolution - it is believed (and not without reason) that at 27 inches with FulHD there will be large pixels. FullHD looks optimal at 22-24 inches, although I personally see graininess very well on the Dell 2408, especially after the smartphone screen. Now there is an opportunity to buy either 2560x1440 - look towards the Dell U2713HM, just your budget and parameters. Or UHD like Samsung U28D590D. But here the problem is that for 25K there will be only a TN matrix. If this is not critical for you, then take a closer look.
And, in fact, I have already said about the matrix. TN on such a diagonal will not be at all comfortable for photo processing and any serious work with colors. I think that even if you look at the screen at a right angle, there will be color distortion at the edges simply because of the large diagonal. Well, not to mention the fact that you will also have to watch films at an angle close to the right one. Lying down, say, on the floor and looking down is not an option for TN at all. In this case, look for VA / IPS - they are now within your budget.
You mentioned that you want to buy a second monitor. That is, I believe that you need a lot of space in width. Then there is the rather exotic LG 25UM65 on a 10K IPS matrix - an elongated monitor with a resolution of 2560 x 1080.
Illumination can vary within one model very much - it's how lucky. Be sure to see the monitor live before buying. The same with third-party sounds - take it and listen :)
Good luck in choosing!

Overclockers.ru has a good recent article about monitors in general. The bottom line is that there are no perfect monitors.
If you're going to buy the UD590, then I would advise you to watch it live - I don't believe in TN.
Also, don't forget that 4K resolution requires a top-end graphics card.

I myself am now looking for a monitor for myself, here is my selection: market.yandex.ru/compare.xml?hid=91052&CAT_ID=1069...
I decided to wait for the DELL U2715H to come out. They write that it should appear in early November.
