Advise which type of matrix is best suited in terms of parameters low response time and brightness practically did not change depending on the viewing angle

Viewing angles are IPS, *VA(MVA, PVA), PLS i.e. almost any other than TN.

Either IPS or advanced VA. Conventional VAs have a problem with response time, but compared to IPS, VA matrices have better blacks.
