Windows 7 won't start, hardware problem?

One fine day, windows 7 stopped running.
It looks like this:

  1. I turn on the computer, the BIOS loading window is all lined with strange dashes, it doesn’t seem to give any errors
  2. The computer starts up before the windows 7 boot window appears
  3. Loading takes a few seconds
  4. Hangs and the noise from the cooler increases
  5. Tried to reinstall windows several times, but it keeps repeating

The presence of artifacts immediately upon loading indicates a malfunction of the video memory, the problem can be both in the memory chips themselves and in the controller. Is the video card integrated, if yes, check the system memory, if not integrated, then the video card under the hair dryer for the masters to start with, or immediately for a replacement.

I suspect surgery. Or see. But rather the first. Try the method of elimination to understand what's wrong.

Video card overheated! Turn off your computer first. the system manager from everything, remember that where to open the case and there is experience because you need to clean the shit out of the dust and check the cooling fans it should be clean and the valves turn with your fingers, but you need to take the video card somewhere and take yours for repair, but if it is 3-4 years old in the trash and buy a new one! check memory power and all !
