Need advice on choosing a monitor.

This is the monitor that is available now. But the problem is that the eyes get very tired of it and in the evening everything just blurs after a working day. In a word, not comfortable.
2. Which monitor can you advise from personal experience for which you can sit at least a working day.
At the expense of the individuality of each organism, this is understandable.
Can someone use glasses, tell me if it helps or not

There's no such thing. You can't do without gymnastics for the eyes and everything else. + maybe it's not the monitor that's to blame, the whole workplace - distance, background lighting, etc.

ViewSonic XG2700-4K - behind this monitor, I can roll back a 40-hour session on stars without any problems. Toko cheto it is expensive right now.

Matrix - IPS, 4k resolution, f.lux to reduce brightness, blackout curtains on the nearest windows so that they do not shine and give illumination to one eye, uniform and comfortable lighting in the working room or its absence (here it is more convenient and familiar to someone).
