Monitor iiyama pro 510 and does it have 144Hz or more?

Hello. Guys, I play such a game (ala game of the year damn it) Warface. I have a Philips 232E FullHD 23" monitor, set the resolution to 1024 * 768 (4x3) in the game in order to make 75Hz in the game and make everything better. But unfortunately my monitor does not give more than 75Hz :( It is spent on a cool new monitor ala 144Hz or more , while there is no possibility. Here, a friend has a monitor like iiyama pro 510 22 ", lying around, he tells me that it has more than 200 Hz and that in the game it will be possible to set at least 100, at least 144, at least more. But I connected this monitor and here on you have two or three problems:
1 - the screen is not in the center of the monitor, there is no auto-tuning button, you have to do it manually
:( .
3 - In the game I also set 1024 * 768, but there is only 75 Hz again :( set the monitor to 144Hz or more and play the game no longer at 75Hz, but at more.Thanks in
advance...

@Spetros

You need to install a driver on the monitor that specifies working resolutions and refresh rates. After installing the driver and selecting the operating mode, you need to manually set the correct geometry using the buttons on the monitor.
