How to set 144hz?

Good evening. I purchased a monitor: Acer 22mh1q. I can not select 144Hz in any settings.
HDMI 2.0 connection. I am attaching screenshots.

stupid question, but how is the monitor visible? by any chance not default pnp monitor? strange as it may seem, but you may need a 'driver' for the monitor (it's just an inf file with a list of modes, they used to come with a monitor on a CD)
