In general, my video card stopped working for me, I decided to sit on the built-in one for some time, but such a problem was discovered with it: sometimes “running” dots appear on the screen (photo and video evidence is attached). What is it connected with and is it dangerous?

It looks like the vidyuha is dead, you can make sure by running furmark, for example, the artifacts should become even worse.
