Which monitor displays colors more accurately and wider - LED RGB or IPS?

Good and bright day!
There was a need for a laptop with a good monitor (professional need). The choice fell on the DELL Precision M6500 and Precision M6600. In the first matrix LED RGB in the second - IPS.
Question to "experts" - which of these monitors will display colors more accurately?

In addition to the matrix, the monitor also has a bunch of parameters, basically these technologies differ in purpose, they are for different screen sizes.
