Why is the image on the monitor flickering (tried to change to another ..)?

The image on the monitor is flickering.
Noticeable only on a dark gray background.
Tried to change the monitor to another - the same nonsense.
I tried to change the VGA cable - the same ..
Signal via VGA cable, win 10 pro.
Video core built-in (i5-7400).
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2.

Try to connect via non-VGA.
Try with another monitor.

Is there a digital output? (DVI, HDMI, Display Port) There are cable pickups.
