Which mode of operation is best for an SSD?

Well, in principle, the whole question is, in which mode does an IDE or AHCI solid-state drive work better ?
And why

Of course AHCI.
IDE is an outdated interface, and was created at a time when SSDs were not yet known.
AHCI modern interface supports many new commands.
In particular, in IDE mode, you cannot send a TRIM command, NCQ will not work, there will be no hot disconnect support, etc.
That is, for HDD it is no less important, NCQ support alone is worth something!
