Do I need to transfer temporary files from ssd to hdd?

Do I need to transfer temporary files from ssd to hdd in order to optimize and extend the life?
And another question, what about disabling hibernation? I read on the forums, I didn’t understand anything) I often use sleep mode, does it somehow harm my ssd? If yes, then what to do?

Exactly the opposite. You need to move temporary files, the swap file and other frequently changed files to the SSD.

Of course, it hurts, it’s generally harmful to turn on an SSD. Try to keep it unplugged in a cool dry place.
And if you have it connected to your computer and used to store files, it makes no difference what you store on it.
If yes, then what to do?
If you bought it to make it work - just install an OS on it, make sure TRIM works, and forget about it.
If you bought it so that it remains in working condition as long as possible - store it in a cool, dry place with the power turned off.

If the PC is home with standard loads for this and a normal SSD - then hammer it - they already have such a service life that you change the PC before.

If you do not use hibernation, you can turn it off, it does not affect sleep.
Sleep is putting the computer into a very low power mode (just enough power to maintain RAM and the minimum CPU to exit the mode).
Hibernation - saving the entire state to disk and completely shutting down the computer.
Regarding temporary files - SSD is connected not for saving, but for optimization and performance. Therefore, transfer temporary files from it - why then buy an SSD?
