Which mobile app builder should you choose?

Please tell me a high-quality mobile application designer. Interested in options that have the ability to administer content through the API.

The mobile app should be able to create/edit products using the API (well, or using an xml feed, as is done on Yandex.Market). Also, the application needs the ability to leave orders (or to have feedback), as well as a messenger (chat with managers or something similar).

Interested in those constructors that do NOT require knowledge of something other than html, css, js.

The concepts of "quality" and "application builder" are mutually exclusive. There are zero options here.
