Which miniature power supply from 220V to 5V is more reliable and can be used to power the microcontroller?

I am looking for the most miniature (ready / assembled) power supply from 220V to 5V (at least 300 mA) for the microcontroller. So far I have settled on option 1 and option 2 (HLK-PM01) . The issue is reliability. Is it worth using these power supplies for long-term operation of the microcontroller + sensors (turned on and forgot for six months - a year). What other ready-made options with minimal dimensions can be considered for such purposes?
