How do you properly use laptop batteries?

Which part of the battery manufacturer's representative's comment is not true, or is it all true? The comment was about a lithium-ion battery.

Any battery is designed for a certain number of charge cycles. If the battery is charged and discharged very often, a couple of times a day, and also misused, then in a year it will indeed lose some of its capacity. Defective batteries will be replaced or repaired under warranty. Here are some tips on how to properly use your battery. 1. If you do not plan to use the laptop for a long time (a week or more), then it is best to store the battery separately from the laptop. 2. Do not expose your laptop to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Do not leave your laptop or its battery in the car in the summer - a hot battery drains very quickly. The same applies to the winter period - a cold battery cannot create enough energy. 3. We recommend connecting the power cord from the laptop charger to the UPS (uninterruptible power supply), and not directly to the outlet. 4. Fully charge and discharge a new battery several times - this will "accelerate" it and allow it to be used at maximum efficiency. 5. Batteries of laptops that serve as a replacement for a desktop PC must be prophylactic - fully charged and discharged - once every 3-4 weeks. If the laptop is connected to the mains for a long time, the battery remains in an over-charged state, and this leads to a decrease in the number of charge cycles. Notebook batteries that serve as a replacement for a desktop PC must be prophylactically - fully charged and discharged - once every 3-4 weeks. in particular, points 4/5 are of interest, since personally my battery died completely in ~ 3 years (it does not hold a charge at all already). Despite the fact that most of the time the laptop replaced the desktop and was often connected to the network and the charge function was used by 80%.

Optimum charging frequency - at every opportunity.
Optimal storage conditions are 20-25°C with 60% battery charge.
Avoid full discharge.
Discharge once every 3 months.
Training lithium batteries, consisting of a single cell, is meaningless.
In some cases, when using multi-cell batteries, a full discharge-charge can increase capacity.

if the battery is disconnected - in desktop mode, you just need to turn it off and that's it.
where the battery is not removable, for example, in macbooks - the manufacturer claims that the mode "charged, turn off charging, discharged - plug in" - that's it
