On a Samsung 300E laptop, the power button works strangely.

If you select Restart in Windows 10, then the laptop turns off, and if you click Shutdown, it shuts down the OS, but continues to work with the screen turned off (the fan is running, the power button is lit).

There is a suspicion that this is something with the power board, because the power button is also not pressed immediately. Have you had it?
