Unfortunately, colleagues are right, Mikrotik does not have devices with xdsl interfaces in its product portfolio.
You can take a box routerboard.com/RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN - it will be enough for all your needs at once - 6-10 devices, wifi, 3g. Plus, you need any adsl modem with a bridge.

The main requirement of ADSL. Anyone with this interface. If you don’t find it, then separately an ADSL modem and any Mikrotik in general.
