There are 3 TVs, smart TV, I need to display a commercial on three TVs at the same time (as in shopping centers like Eldorado), what do I need for this? how to implement? Thanks

The HDMI splitter does everything by itself.
A twisted pair switch (Ethernet Switch) will not work for you.

There are special media players for such purposes (either 1 player clings to each TV, and then the players are connected, or a central one is placed and a picture is fed from it through any image dividers ) ru/business/business-products/smar... The built-in software can be used to implement the simplest broadcast without any external players.
