Hello, what do you mean by "Wifi Radar"? Something like a captive portal? Or wifi in monitor mode for probe request sniffing? I just did not quite understand how you will collect MAC addresses.

I have experience in developing such devices, and in my personal opinion, this technology is now rather dubious or does not work correctly, because almost all modern phones randomize their poppy address when they send a probe request.
