But he has a usb interface, and I have a distance of about 10 meters. I understand that according to the usb standard, the cable length is not more than 5 meters?

In our hospital, we do without any exotic USB microphones. To participate in webinars, an ordinary Skype microphone on a long stem with a 3.5mm plug is enough:
