What are the options with headphones for home theater (TV)?

Everywhere on the Internet they write about headphones. About one piece of headphones.
The problem is that I want to watch a movie with my wife. But I can’t find complex systems with two or three headphones. I can’t even imagine how such systems can be called.
Are there such solutions or do you need to collective farm with splitters?

I dropped the cable and stuck this splitter into it . Of course, there are losses, but the volume reserve of the telly is quite enough.
