Which MFP has the least settings and is the easiest to use?

You need to pick up an inexpensive MFP for a college graduate. You will have to print a lot + it will come in handy in the future. The specialty is humanitarian, the person is not very technically savvy. Lives far away, in another city. I will order online with delivery to my destination, most likely in Citylink.
