The MFP leaves gray spots in the middle of the sheet, how to fix it?

Hello, I have a kyocera FS-1135MFP MFP in my office. Recently I got a message that the waste toner box is full. I cleaned it and wiped the drum (there were toner residues on it). After that, strokes about 1-1.5 cm in the center of the sheet began to appear on the sheets, approximately the same as on the screen. What is causing this error and how can it be fixed?

It is not entirely clear from the sheet whether there is a repetition of the defect below.
If there is, then you need to look at the step, if there are about 4 repetitions, then the idea to clean the photo roller was fatal, if there are 7-8 repetitions, then you need to watch the development unit - how the toner lies on the magval, how the squeegee cleans the photo roller.
If there is no repetition - then you simply have unremoved waste toner left in the printer - run 50 sheets, if after that the dirt does not go away, then again you need to climb into the development unit and see where the toner can pour.
parsing the development unit is not the most pleasant procedure - I recommend taking it to a service or be patient

What could be causing this defect?

Phototube damage. The trash can is filled by the end of the life of the phototube.
Replace the photo cartridge or just the photo shaft (it's cheaper, but only in the workshop, there is some kind of trouble with the corotron setting)
