You need to find a suitable messenger for the monitoring alarm, the monitoring will be self-written in Java (you can not write about using Zabbix, Munin and other things)

I would like to hear about monitoring on Munin, it's even interesting. Munin is able to do alerting without additional funds?
I did alerting from Java using JSend-NSCA , and then NAGIOS sent out what was needed where needed.
Everything was done in thirty or forty minutes of work.
