How to prevent teamviewer from muting the speaker/microphone?

10 teamviewer reduces audio playback / recording, so that nothing is heard on skype. How to avoid it?
For now, I just turn off Skype and communicate on TW when necessary, but the solution is so-so.

I didn't find a solution on a mac.
Since the built-in audio in teamviewer is no good, I call via Skype from an iPhone or iPad.
