Are Skype and Crimea compatible?

Greetings. How to get around the regional ban, I can imagine. But how to get around it, having only access via TeamViewer and so that my relatives, to put it mildly, not IT gurus, can use it safely? Without the risk that the whole structure will one day break, and I will not be able to quickly wedged in, I cannot imagine. However, if I am wrong and complicate the problem, I would be glad to hear from someone.
Plus, is there an alternative to skype that won't potentially get blocked?

As an alternative to Viber, Jitsi, Any SIP provider or the same Jabber with call service.
And if you use Skype, then look towards VPN

So far, Skype in the Crimea works as it did. As a last resort, you can use a VPN outside the Crimea, but since. at the moment, most of the Crimean ranges are determined by geo either in Kyiv or Kharkov, I think the problem is far-fetched and it is hardly possible to correctly block only users entering the world from Crimea.
