skype hacked. How did it happen?

Yesterday, someone on my behalf asked my friend to send money to Yandex. They wrote only to him, and the attacker entered into a very non-trivial dialogue with him.
I use skype only from my phone and quite rarely. Bruteforce is unrealistic. Of the options, I see only a cross-check and malware on the phone (which I really worry about). In general, I'm quite paranoid about the applications that I install, but everything is possible.
What to do? I want to know if the phone has been hacked.
PS: I wrote to Yandex.

Like in 2003. I lived with a girl. We were both gamers. Well, of course, then I started my programming path.
I had a site on a regular hosting. At that time, the code was highly protected. One fine day, I saw unusual behavior in the logs. Went through the code, found a spambot.
Of course, I cleaned everything, etc.
But I became interested, like you, who and how hacked me. With my modest powers, I could not determine.
As a result, I created a file forHacker.txt in the root of the site.
In it I asked the question - how did you actually hack me?
the next day a person knocks on ICQ, I ask
- What do you need? - in response
- Comrade Ivan, you yourself asked me to tell you how I hacked you
- Thank you for responding, enlighten plz
- Your girlfriend Sveta was not neat, she downloaded my file. In this connection, I was able to access her computer. Further on the local network found access to yours. I planted a keylogger and just waited for the password to be entered.
....
All the best to you and good luck. I leave your site alone =)

My Skype was hacked the only time in my life, just when I installed a Skype glue from Google Market. So I would dig in that direction. (By the way, perhaps the jamb is not in Skype itself - theoretically, any application that works with accounts could steal the password, and you don’t need to steal, the main thing is to be able to log in).
