How to organize a mobile conference?

It is required to organize a mobile GSM conference with the number of participants about 10 (more than 5) as cheaply and simply as possible.
- Mobile conference at the level of carriers is not suitable, since the limit is 5 participants + high price.
- SIP telephony - could not find worthwhile information.
- Skype - seems to be the most convenient option, but it is not very convenient for some reason (in my case).
Maybe there are other options? Which I will gladly accept!
