Which Macbook to Choose: Macbook 13' 2016 256GB or Macbook 13' 2017 128GB?

Greetings!
Which Macbook to Choose: Macbook 13' 2016 256GB or Macbook 13' 2017 128GB?
There are two options for buying, at a good price and at one cost.
But I don't know what to choose. I read that 128GB drives are twice as slow (700 mb. sec) versus 256GB (1200 mb. sec). But in fact, the processor itself for 2017 is 20-30% more powerful.
Need advice!

regardless of the other characteristics of the macbook _pro_, 128 memory looks clearly insufficient.
I don’t know why you take a beech, if you are a writer or there for a net-youtube-hipsta-coffee shop, then it’s normal, but if for business - most likely you will run into insufficient capacity very quickly and your “dances with wolves” will begin - how to clean something , where to fill in the cloud, external hard / flash drives and other mday will begin, which will cost you no more than the normal amount of memory right away.
earlier you could be relatively budget and expand in style with an SD slot, now you can't.

Need advice - take a macbook 2019 with a touchbar. Today, only Apple quietly rolled out updates, updated the keyboard again (it will already be 2 generations younger than on the macbook 2017), and since 2018, the macbook pro 13 has been equipped with a 4-core processor in stock, which is more powerful than the top i7 on the macbooks of 2017, and with stock 2-core processor in 2017 macbooks - generally a rocket! Well, additionally faster RAM, a brighter matrix.
The 16th year has a lot of its own sores, in 2017 there were a little less of them, and in 2018 they even quietly removed the flexgate. Because of the flexgate, I would not consider now the 16-17th year at all for purchase.
UPD. Apple has also officially acknowledged the flexgate problem and only recognized it on the macbook pro 13 2016. A friend has the 17th year with the same problem and was waiting for Apple to extend the warranty...
