Which macbook to choose for android and ios development?

Greetings!
I know such topics have already been created more than once, but time passes, new development tools appear, new requirements for hardware, so I'm sure that I'm not the last to ask the same question))
I write for android on IntelliJ IDEA, for ios I will most likely also use products jetbrains.
Which macbook to choose? Does retina give any advantage in developing ios programs? (I worry about my eyes and I feel sorry for the money)
What are the requirements for the processor?
It seems easier with memory ─ the more the beam + ssd

Definitely a bug with a retina, your eyes will thank you. Memory from 8 GB - products from jetbrains are very voracious.

I myself have been using a MacBook Air 11' for several years. Most of the time, of course, I'm connected to a large monitor, but I'm happy to take it with me (light) and I can work in the car or somewhere else. Before that, there was an asus of several kg, that's exactly what I was too lazy to carry and turn on every time. I can’t say anything about the requirements, I myself took a maximum of i7, 8GB of RAM, but it seems that i5 with 4oz is enough for many, unless of course you raise a bunch of virtual machines like me. And I looked at what can be upgraded, let's say you can buy a third-party SSD for 1TB. After air, somehow I don’t look at the firmware. So this year, it seems like macBook air 12' is approaching in size like 11', but the screen is better, bigger. Rumors are all for now, but if you endure, you can wait.
