Which macbook to choose for a programmer?

In general, I need a macbook to create IOS programs, games on Unity for IOS, and perhaps it will be the main one for writing type code (HTML, CSS, JS, Java, Python, Kotlin, etc.)
Which one is better to take for such needs (Air 2020 , 13 Pro, 16 Pro)?

If the code, then Air is enough, with some difficulties, of course, but quite tolerable.
And if GameDev and especially Unity, then:
Either MacBook Pro 13 + eGPU
Or MacBook Pro 16 bundled with Radeon Pro 5600M
Another build is a hell of a pain, MacBook can't stand long combined CPU+GPU loads.

If you want to be comfortable and not worry about speed - 16 Pro is just right.
If you want to save a little and a 13 pro monitor is enough for development, then you can take a 13 Pro.
Personally, 13 inches is not enough for me, I want more. But in terms of power and speed it is quite enough
