Which macbook to buy in 2019?

I currently have a 15 inch Dell laptop that I want to upgrade because: it's hard to carry it around all the time (I'm a student), I want to try writing on iOS, and because my i3 laptop isn't that fast anymore. Well, plus I already have an iPad and an iPhone, so I want to feel the whole ecosystem.
I'm considering several options:

1. MacBook Air before 2017 - still a good MacBook with standard ports, but the old non-Retina display scares off
   
2. New macbooks with Type-C - ports are very important for me, because often at school and at home you need to insert a simple USB flash drive, connect HDMI, but you don’t want to rush around with adapters. The old MagSafe is also a huge plus for me. And more problems with sticky keys (although apple changes poppies with such a problem, but I live in Ukraine and we don’t have official apple representatives in the country and I’m afraid that they might not change)
   
3. Used MacBook Pro until 2015 - although such an option as I want to meet is not so often, but you can find it, well, it’s clear that when buying used equipment there are risks (although I have a used iPhone, but the poppy costs significantly more expensive than iPhone
   
4. Not used MacBook Pro until 2015 - in Ukraine they are more expensive than new models, if you can find them at all, but they are weaker in terms of characteristics. If you take it from the USA, then you will have to pay a lot to customs. It is also possible to buy in Poland, so I did not find such models
   

Please tell me your opinion, since I have never had poppies, and there are no friends who can help with this issue either.

If the purpose of the purchase is writing applications for IOS, then it is cheaper to take mac MINI
Because the prices for beeches are very high now

if you are an adult and have money, then buy any from the store
if you are a teenager and want to shake mom / dad, then it’s not worth it
for those grandmothers how much “apples” cost, you can buy a Windows laptop no worse than a poppy

Option two: if you want to save money - MacBook Pro 13 2014, quite good for coding, you can upgrade if there is not enough memory when working with intellij idea. $700; the most expensive is MacBook Pro 15 2018, 256Gb, 555X. $2500.
The MacBook Pro needs a case and a keyboard cover.
I would save money and get a MacBook Pro 13 2014 to master macOS in general. Half of the people in the company may not know the intricacies of macOS at all (for example, highlighting large pictures in the Finder).

Today, the only right choice to buy a MacBook: MacBook Pro 2018 with touchbar. If you are not too lazy to look, there is somewhere a topic with 50+ comments about what equipment is sold in Ukraine and why some are worth taking, while others are not.
In your case, the Type-C problem is a well-read problem from people who have never used a macbook.
