Is it possible to format or remove volumes into one on a hard drive connected via a SATA adapter?

Hello!
I unscrewed the hard drive from my old broken laptop and connected it using SATA - an adapter via USB - port to a new laptop.
When I plug it in, it shows up as 3 different drives :
F - reserved by the system.
G - where the system files from that Windows are stored (and every time the disk is started, a notice is written "disk error G".
And, in fact, volume H, in which all sorts of media and other files are stored.

Please tell me how can I format and merge this drive into one volume by cleaning unnecessary system files and reserved volume. Can I do this through the standard Disk Management utility?
Thanks
