Which Macbook Should You Choose for Web Development?

Budget: 100,000 rubles.
About me: I am engaged in web development and switch to React + Python.
Preferences: pycharm + sublime text 3 + adobe premier pro (to edit videos above average) + games (cs go, minecraft, etc.) and everything.
Tell me if there is a laptop that you probably know you have seen or advise to buy. It is a poppy and preferably 15 inches, but not necessarily, since I can buy a monitor in case of anything. Thank you.

Take the most expensive one you can afford (Proshka, of course).
This is exactly the case when such an approach fully justifies itself.
