Which Mac to get for app development?

I read similar questions, but they were all 3+ years ago.
Essence of the question: I want to develop for ios, macos, but I can’t decide on the device, I didn’t have anything from the apple except for the iPhone.
But Apple has a strange policy, even the powerful poppies of 2012-2013 will soon die.
When choosing, I got hooked on a macbook air 2020 on m1 from 8/256, for 90k. But many say 8 gigs is not enough, and overpaying 10-15k for 16 is already painful and hits hard on the pocket.
So here is 2022, what would you advise for the next 2 years, for development, the amount is up to 80-90k.

If 2 years - 8GB will still stretch, due to the very high-speed disk of the poppy. Then I think I’ll have to take at least -16GB
If for 3+ years - definitely 16GB
