What RAM to choose for Mac Mini 2012?

I want to expand the maximum RAM on Mac Mini MD388. That is, choose the most powerful bars.
Some companies have solutions specifically tested with Apple devices. Corsair has the CMSA line and Kingston has the KTA line . In my city you can only find Corsair. I prefer them because of the lifetime warranty.
Total, I need: 16Gb of RAM with a frequency of 1600MHz.
From Corsair's CMSA line, only the CMSA 16G X3M 2A 1600 C11 and CMSA 8G X3M 1A 1600 C11 models are suitable .
It would seem worth taking, but I paid attention to other strips from the same Corsair, they do not have strict compatibility with Apple. I am writing about CMSX 8G X3M 1A 1600 C10 modelsand CMSX 16G X3M 2A 1600 C10 . These solutions seemed to me more powerful.
Here are the moments that confuse in the special CMSA line:
1. Voltage: 1.35V. Even the Hynix HMT325S6CFR8C-PB brackets (which are from the factory on the Mac Mini) have a voltage of 1.5 V. But, maybe I don’t understand something, or can this voltage be adjusted on the Mac?
2. Timings: 11-11-11-30 (Latency CL11), while CMSX16GX3M2A1600C10 has a delay of 10-10-10-27 (CL10). Although it says Delay (SPD): 9-9-9-24, that is, these values \u200b\u200bare also adjustable on a Mac?
On the one hand, that bar is more powerful, on the other hand, since CMSA models exist and have been tested with Apple, it means that they must fully use all possible resources, or am I mistaken? Even Kingston KTA-MB1600 has CL11. Although the voltage is higher: 1.5V.

In fact, it is a matter of religion. I didn’t put anything in a dozen minis - I never had compatibility problems. You can see the difference in timings only in specialized tests and it will be one and a half parrots.

I had such a set www.citilink.ru/catalog/computers_and_notebooks/pa...
In fact, set any bars, you still won’t see the difference

The main question in this case is not what kind of memory, but how much. You can put any. Naturally corresponding to the characteristics of any manufacturer.
But how much, I would advise 16GB if possible. Personally, 16GB suits me much better than 8.

I may not be well thought out, but I think you're digging too deep. I went to https://allram.ru/a183790-pamyat-mac-mini.html and chose the kit for the end of 2012 and that's it. I put it myself. The difference is immediately noticeable.
