Mac Mini

Which Mac Mini to choose? Problems migrating from Windows?

There is a need to create a hybrid application on phonegap. This reason forced me to buy a macmini, but can I do all the tasks on one machine (never worked on a mac before)?
Hence the requirements:
- Building a project on Android (node, android ant, android sdk, etc.)
- Building a project on ios
- Free code editor php, js, html, java, objective c
- Xcode: like all mini support it (?)
- Free web server like open-server or denwer
- Internet
- Connecting a USB mouse, keyboard, and a printer (what?)
The tasks seem simple, so I guess the younger mini is enough?

And how will things be with updates and relevance in a year?

First of all, I’ll say that mini has a mobile processor. And even core i7 will not replace i5 on a regular desktop in terms of performance. Further on the points:
It seems that everything is on the poppy.
- Free php, js, html, java, objective c code editor
- Xcode: it seems that all mini support it (?)

Of course, there is an IDE for all of the above. A huge number of developers use poppies =) Xcode is not supported by mini, but by the OSX operating system.
- Free web server like open-server or denwer
- Internet
connection - USB mouse, keyboard and printer connection (which one?)

There are no problems with this. OSX works well with printers. HP, Samsung, Kiosera usually work without installing additional drivers.
Updates will be for a long time under the model you specified, relevance too.
I also note that OSX is a UNIX-like system, which means that most of the software of its kind will be available. I recommend using a tool called brew.
