Hello, I recently purchased a Yota SIM card for a tablet in order to enjoy all the benefits of LTE, but as it turned out, my tablet does not support the operator's frequency. Perhaps there is someone from the city of Tyumen. Could you suggest an operator for the iPad 4 tablet?

I could be wrong, iPad4 only supports LTE in the USA, there are no such frequencies in Russia
