Where to place an HTML document to view from ipad?

There is an html document, in fact it is a reference site that I need to open on the iPad in order to take information from there. There is no jailbreak.
So far, the only option I have is to upload it somewhere to the hosting, but suddenly there is some other way. If there is no other way, can anyone suggest some free hosting with a 3-level domain without linking a phone and similar verification?
