How to follow the link to the next page using the SWYPE method?

I am making a two-page website for iPhone 6 and iPad. The main page consists of links (news). How to use swipe to go to another page (view news)? And from viewing the news, return to the news list using a swipe?

swipe and left - next page
right - previous
