Which Linux application can be used to mark up third-party screenshots?
I am using Linux Mint distribution. From time to time I encounter the need to mark up screenshots (frames, arrows, numbering, signatures). The functionality of programs like Joxi and flameshot would be enough. The problem is that these programs do not support editing arbitrary images in jpg and png format. GIMP also lacks handy tools for marking up screenshots. You have to go to the trick and create a screenshot of a screenshot, which is rather inconvenient. Is there any convenient tool for Linux for such a task?
PS I found a reference to nomacs in the discussion of the problem in the flameshot repository on github, but in this program I did not find a screenshot markup tool. Maybe it needs a plugin?
