How to find the reason why the server on vmware periodically breaks FS?

Hello.
Debian virtual server on vmware falls off in busybox at the time of initramfs initialization.
The notification "unexpected inconsistency run fsck manually" takes off.

This has happened 10 times in four months.

The data center says that everything is OK with the server and I have problems with the operating system.

Before the virtual server leaves busybox, the operating system is read-only, nothing is written to the disk.
I have to run fsck -yf /dev/mapper/disk-vg-root every time to start the operating system.

After fsck, incorrect free blocks count, free inodes count, inodes bitmap difference are found.

I would be very grateful if you tell me where to look for the problem.

@Radjah

Maybe the kernel goes into a panic or goes into reboot?

Have you tried googling the version of ESXi and debian? Maybe this is already a known bug, if ESXi is not the newest (and debian is a priori not the newest always :) ).

Didn't find what you were looking for?
