Transferring the "base" based on Visio 2007 Pro on Linux

I have a certain diagram of one office on Visio 2007 Pro, the data in which is pulled from excel files and SharePoint (contacts).
Is it possible to port this to Linux without resorting to Wine?

If it's a schema, you can save it as XML or as an image in svg/png/etc. The question is, what do you want to do with it in Linux?
