Ubuntu 20.04 won't boot?

I don't want a quiet life)))
I decided to change Ubuntu 19 to 20.
The installation was successful, but nothing happened on reboot.
The black screen loaded and in the upper left corner there is a small dash, does not blink.

How can I recover and what could be the reason?? Nothing works or responds to buttons. The feeling that the laptop is worth the OS.

One of these should throw you into the console.
The fact is that stacked and ready for desktop Linux becomes completely inoperative if the video driver gets up crookedly, which most likely happened to you. How to fix - in Google.

when loading, choose recovery, there will be at least information on what has broken. But it looks like a problem with the video driver.
