Which license to choose for an open source program with a restriction on the release of modifications?

I'm writing a game, I plan to open source.
The only catch is that you are allowed to make modifications to the game within the framework of the game itself, but you cannot release and make your own games based on mine.
Is there a license that meets this condition, or will some license need to be modified? If so, which one?
