PVS-Studio V1042: How to improve/extend diagnostics?

The site has a description of the new diagnostic V1042, which will be included in the release planned soon. I decided to take an interest in the opinion of the audience about this diagnosis. How can it be expanded/improved? Description: V1042 : This file is marked with copyleft license, which requires you to open the derived source code.
